The best lasagna in the world!

So my mom has always been the best cook I know. She has had to feed multiple teenage boys and had to deal with the pickiest eater in the world (my dad). So over the years she has come up with the greatest stuff you could ever imagine.

Since getting married my husbands family has started family dinners every night (we live with them while we are saving for a house) and everyone takes a couple of days a week to cook for everyone. This last week I decided I wanted to make lasagna for everyone. It turned out amazing!! I thought I would share the love with you all!! Here we go

            Momma's 9lb Lasagna
2 boxes lasagna noodles (you wont use all of them)
2 jars of red pasta sauce
1 1/2 lbs combo of ground beef, ground turkey, and Italian sausage
2 envelopes of onion soup mix
Brown the meat in a large skillet, add soup mix. Add pasta sauce and rinse jars with a small amount of water and combine.

              In a large bowl combine...
                1 container of Ricotta cheese
                3 eggs
                2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups other shredded mild cheese
                         (colby, mild cheddar, ect.)
                1 cup Parmesan cheese
In a standard baking dish (app. 13X9) lay down a thin layer of sauce/meat mixture. Spread dry noodles, careful not to overlap. Cover  with just enough sauce mixture to cover noodle surface. Drop dollops of cheese mixture all across surface, just close enough that they will touch when the melt as they cook. Lay another layer of dry noodles and repeat processes until you end with a final layer of sauce and cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and aluminum foil. Refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours or over night. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove plastic wrap and replace foil. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Use thermometer to check for temp all the way through.

There you have it!! The greatest lasagna you will ever make, and its super simple!! Also sorry there's not any pictures of it, it got eaten way too fast to take any!!
